Atlantic Loyalty annual Refund

Got the gas refund without having to remind them, so I asked for the electricity. Refund within 10 days promised about six weeks ago.
Nothing as yet, just reminded them via email and put a note in my diary to ring in two weeks.

Yes, we just got £30 back from Atlantic. We'd forgotten that this was the deal - stay with them for a year, pay for 11 months and get one free (or get a refund). Didn't have to remind them. Good, isn't it?

I just got my gas and eleccy refund within a month of each other after calling them - paid directly to my account this year. Thought I would do a price comparison to see where they are and it seems that Npower are cheaper when I take gas & eleccy by about £20, but if I get them seperately then Atlantic is the cheapest for gas and BG cheapest for eleccy by about £40. So, as my refunds were £27 gas and £47 eleccy, am I best staying with what I've got or do the price comparisons include the refund in their calculations? I am guessing they don't because there must be some Atlantic internet customers who are not getting the refund.

Any ideas?

Incidentally, the letter I got stated that the refund would continue with them next year.
