Atlantic Loyalty annual Refund

Last year I received a loyalty rebate equal to a month's direct debit from
Atlantic. Can anyone confirm that this is still the case in 2005 subsequent to the SSE takeover... tried to ask Atlantic but they were useless -"we;re trying to phase that out in the form of lower costs" -total rot- their prices have been shooting up..but they couldn't say that i WOULDN'T get the refund.
Has anyone got it recently?

any info gratefully received.

cheers

I got our refund in March 2005 and with it was a letter saying that this would continue whilst we were Atlantic customers. Rebate team contact number quoted is 02920 263 380 or email rebates@atlanticeg.com
    Hope this helps

Please note this rebate is only for Internet tariff. Have been sent two notification of tariff increase today (July 1st applicable) one internet tariff and other non internet and only internet tariff mentions the refund.
Have recently moved house and call centre staff told me now only had one tariff (untrue it seems)
  • Ive just had notification about increase in July.Forgot about rebates-got one last year-will get in touch with them & ask about this years. Thanks for reminder.

Anyone had rebate sice March 2005?
Examine what is said, not him who speaks.
  • As long as you are on the internet tariff you will get the rebate. It is still running. SSE are going to keep it running but due to all the system changes that are taking place at the moment i would give our call centre a call and request it.

I got my first refund at start of July 04 but nothing as yet this year. I've phoned them twice so far and have been told refunds are being processed manually apparently due to a new computer system !!
I will supposedly get my refund manually in 10 days time - we shall see.....
