Just a thought, have you not received any communication at all from the Administrator concerning the pensions Increase?

I am having the same problem regarding non receipt 2023 pension increase. My pension is Hertfordshire, administered by LPPA. It has now been 5 months and I have contacted them at least 10 times by phone and via the online contact for. each time they say the will get back to me in XX days, and I get nothing. During one phone call the rep informed me that thousands of people have the same issue. I have put in a formal complaint to LPPA, but the complaints dept say they are so busy they may not get back to me in the 30 day response time. Next step is the Pensions Ombudsman (once the 30 days has expired0
