My existing Samsung uses Lineage in order to extend its life after Samsung stopped issuing upgrades. It won't work with Halifax - I get a message saying the phone has been rooted when attempting to install the app. That's despite re-securing the phone after loading the OS.

I'm running lineageos 18.1 on a sony xa2 and paypal & aa credit card aren't currently working. But halifax, lloyds, tsb, first direct, hsbc, barclays, santander, chase, sainsburys, m&s, virgin, nationwide, coop, natwest, rbs are fine.Archie_Duke said:Has anyone got any experience with Lineage OS and whether it does or doesn't 'play nice' with mainstream UK banking apps?
I will probably upgrade to lineageos 19 when I get round to it. It might fix/break any of these apps. It's a bit of a lottery.

I want to use the chase app but my device a moto g6 play wont run it. Will installing this os work for me?
