Euro car parks NTK Sainsvbury's Locksbottom

superwormAs per my previous email to you, as the car park is not owned by Sainsbury's it is with regret that we are unable to assist you with this matter.Well if you look back at all the planning applications for this site they have all been in the name of Sainsbury's however the actual land seems to be owned by BLSSP Property Holdings Ltd who I suspect Sainsburys are hiding behind to deflect conflict, I can't see why a property group would be interested in parking matters at a single occupancy site. However it would also point to the fact that Sainsburys couldn't care less anyway, and if it got to court the contract would prove the state of play for interest.

Ask Sainsburys to confirm or deny whether they have signed a contract with ECP to operate the car park. Tell them there will be a requirement for this to be disclosed under a signed Statement of Truth at any court hearing, so best they provide the answer to you now. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Got another dud response from themDear xxxxxPlease be advised as per my previous emails to you regarding your parking charge, Sainsbury's is not able to assist you with this matter. You will need to follow the appeal process on the letter you have received.Whilst I appreciate my response is not what you are seeking, I trust this clarifies Sainsbury's position regarding this matter and we will not be entering into further correspondence with you concerning this.Yours sincerely

They didn't answer the question so escalate it:Ask Sainsburys to confirm or deny whether they have signed a contract with ECP to operate the car park. Tell them there will be a requirement for this to be disclosed under a signed Statement of Truth at any court hearing, so best they provide the answer to you now.

Good for you, well done.
There was probably some squeezing going on for them to cancel.
It is interesting that Euro respected the amount you spent but Sainsbury's did not
Something your friends and family need to know when they go to spend their hard earned cash
