Keep sending them readings. With any luck they'll take over a year to sort it out, then you'll only be liable for the most recent 12 months under back-billing rules.0

How long have you been in your property? You said have not had and issues for 5y, how long have you been aware there’s been an issue with the electric not being billed/DD’s not being taken for electric?0
