You just read their evidence and comment on what they've failed to address.
Don't hold your breath, nor bust a gut over this rubbish stage.
You realise you will 99% likely lose at IAS anyway, and the evidence over the years and their track record (and who runs IAS) tells us this is just a farce of a kangaroo court?
No paying it once rejected of course, but come and have a chuckle with us when the anonymous Assessor glances at the case and finds for the fee-paying member parking firm.
If you win, you should buy a lottery ticket!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, they have rejected my appeal as they felt the ticket was within their right as i didnt obey the term and conditions. Now i have to pay or wait for debt collectors.Coupon-mad said:You don't need other arguments. Let us know when the IAS inevitably reject it!From this point on - i know i just need to wait and ignore letter till they take me to county court. But, i was thinking is defence strong enough? I mean what if the judge stays adamant that regardless if it was my parking place byt i still didnt adhere to terms and conditions of the car park. Which btw was just imposed on all flats. I have sent several email to agency asking them to opt me out if this scheme hut they are ignoring my emails and nit responding. Can anyone suggest anything here too? Thanks0 -

Just a little update that i have now started receiving debt letters. Do i just ignore at this stage right? Till i get court letter? Also, do you think i can win this in court? I couldnt find much on court and my case like any old cases with details. What the argument was and stuff. I am just a little scared that might end up paying two to three time the cost. Sorry thia is first time so just scared a little.0
