Pcm ticket issued

Hi, can i just ask what happens if you had appealed on 29th day after receiving NTK.
I received a ticket on my windscreen and after reading the newbie post i had waited till my NTK arrived. But, my details with the DVLA were old - my previous address and that where the NTK arrived and consequently i appealed late i think. I just checked my email now for confirmation and the date mentioned is 4th april. But today we received another letter dated 4th april as well from PCM but notice given date is 6th april.
So my question is - would my appeal go through ? Or will the ignore it as the letter today said my 28 days limit has lapsed.
Thanks

Doesn't matter because you'd lose at IAS anyway so an appeal to PCM is futile. Whilst we encourage it, missing appeal is no biggie.
Get the landowner to cancel it. Is this a pathetic predatory PCN at flats where you live?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So i didnt cause any cost or damage to anyone but like you said above - its most likely to be futile. So what should i do next just wait till they drag me to court??0 -
Yes, where you win. Read a few residential claim threads! You seem to think that a small claim is a bad thing but it isn't. No risk, even if you lose (very rare). No huge costs, no CCJ as long as you follow our advice.
We do this literally every day. People need to be empowered and stop letting themselves be unnecessarily told to display a permit to park in their own allocated or demised bay, or risk £100 'fines' from a parking shark.
What makes you think you have to display a permit? You have an allocated bay; it is YOURS and you don't want or need ex-clamper thugs like PCM marauding around, hoping to catch you or your visitors out a few times a year at £100 a pop.
YOU (residents) are their prey. Not trespassers. You know PCM were on Rogue Traders/Watchdog?
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.com/2015/05/is-it-pcm-uk-who-make-up-stuff-all-time.html?m=1Opt your bay out of the scheme.
No idea why people don't just do that before they move in. You have that right.
In our opinion and experience here, based on our knowledge of their conduct, PCM are not fit to be near your property. - a truly predatory ex-clamper lot who will struggle under the new statutory Code of practice, designed to rid the industry of the rogues.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thanks @Coupon-mad.So i have received my appeal rejection letter today. I am attaching the picture of the letter. One thing that comes to mind is that when their patrol agents see a car without permit they immediately put a ticket and in my case they said a grace period was applied whoever failed to mentioned the actual agreed grace period as i asked for in my appeal.Anyways, now do i need to further appeal? As the letter said on the back if i wanted to appeal to independent body??? Need help thanks.0

What do you need to know that's not already covered on all similar threads? If you read any other PCM threads, people appeal to the kangaroo court of IAS.
It's not independent and only upheld 4% of appeals in 2020 (Yes...FOUR PER CENT...it is that negligent/anti-consumer/allegedly biased/hopeless/not fit for purpose) but it's the only avenue at this stage.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes: no template. Write it in your own words and include evidence. You'll lose anyway, but you won't pay them, so don't waste much time!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
