  • Dentist wasn’t exactly cheering, but is at least over with now 😅 I never used to mind going, but after a particularly brutal dentist a decade or so ago I get quite anxious about it now. Current dentist is lovely and very gentle (and also liberal with the anaesthetic which helps), but I still need to do a lot of box breathing to get through it all. On the plus side it’s an NHS dentist, which is a bit of a miracle in my area.

    A day after deciding to leave the kitchen till I found a colour I was happy with, I think I’ve found a colour that matches what I’m looking for. Paint testers seem to have rocketed in price since the last time I did this stuff. Probably for the best to make me narrow it down!

    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £38.5K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.3K) = 44.4K of £127.5K target 34.8% 17/4/26 (If took bigger lump sum = 66.4K or 52%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
