ARGOS - complaints help

Hi - does anyone have contact details for the Argos CEO ? We have had some awful customer service and they are being incredibly unhelpful in trying to resolve.
They seem to think it acceptable to refund money to a 'One for All' gift card despite being told that the gift card had been destroyed once the order had been accepted by Argos. They couldn't deliver the product, and they cancelled the order. When they cancelled the order their customer service agent agreed to send a new gift card through on email, but we did not receive anything. When we chased it up they are just saying that it has been refunded to the non existent gift card.
They won't let me speak to a manager and seem to have just washed their hands of it. I can't find any complaint details on line other than the pointless customer service number that we have already tried multiple times.
Any advice gratefully received.

If you've thrown away the card, you can get a replacement.

To report a lost or stolen One4all Gift Card please call the customer service Helpline immediately on 03700 84 4444. We need the card number or original proof of purchase in order for us void the card and to replace it. We also reserve the right to ask some additional security questions to confirm your ownership of the card and funds. A re-issue fee of £5.00 will apply. One4all cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card prior to you notifying us with full details. As soon as we are advised of the loss/theft of the card, One4all can block the card to prevent any further spending on the card, however we will require written confirmation of the loss/theft before we can replace the card.
