Loveholidays/ryanair cancelled flights

Back in early Feb I booked a package holiday through Loveholidays, the flights are with Ryanair 2/5/22 outbound & return on 9/5/22. We are travelling to Zakynthos. Confirmation agrees all of the above. 
Tried calling Ryanair yesterday to arrange for mobility assistance for my aunt. They cannot take calls but directed me to their website. On managing to log in with booking ref & email address Love holidays assigned to me, I find the flights are for 29/4/22 returning 6/5/22. 
Chat bot on Ryan Air says contact love holidays... It took 8 hours before I could join their online chat queue, another hour beforebi spoke to someone. Their phone not taking calls. 
Love holidays blame Ryanair for cancelling flights... I point out that Ryanair would have advised them of this & they state that Ryanair have 'missed telling them this' 

Ryanair have informed them by email on 4 separate occasions, the 1st email sent to LH on 25/2/22.

Had LH advised us of this cancellation & date change, I could have changed my annal leave & pet sitters dates & accepted the flight change.

LH were advised 6 weeks ago of our flight cancellation & not informed us. In fact they didn't know until I informed them yesterday.

Ryanair now only fly to Zakynthos once a week from Stanstead starting 29/4/22. This there only flight from the UK to Zakynthos. So their offer of changing the flight to another 1 day either side of our original flight date.. is pretty bizarre.

There is an EasyJet flight on our dates but from Gatwick.

My question is, who pays for that flight? LH say its up to me to get a refund from Ryanair & that I need to pay for new flights myself...Ryanair say the refund will go back to LH unless I fill in a form requesting refund is returned to me...

Surely LH should be sorting this out? They have known for 6 weeks about this flight being cancelled... They are still showing the cancelled flight as available.

I was told a LH manager would be calling me at 10am. Its now 11.15am and no call.
What are my rights please?

    As you have it seems booked a package holidays then Love Holidays should be sorting this out.  The problem is you have picked a cheap online travel firm who I expect have limited back office administration staff to deal with these issues.

    Whilst waiting for LH to contact you (or ready for when I expect you have to again chase them) I would prepare the options you wish them to follow to resolve the matter. Hopefully things can then be closed down quickly when you speak to the next person.  If for example you have found reasonably prices seats on Easyjet from LGW and are happy to travel on those, price them up and let LH know.
