Totally confused, I have a 13 year old with one vaccine so got a PCR test (awaiting result but if it's negative) I think that counts as a negative confirmation, so should be no need to complete a form, or should I? Really not sure and can;t get through to travel people on the phone.....1

I think it says if we've got a negative test we need to check it is valid on their web site then we're good, but could be clearer.0
