Spanish Health Form - no longer required for UK visitors ?

I clocked this new recent snippet whilst browsing around - says the SpTH is now no longer required if you have the appropriate paperwork.
Unable to find corroborating articles.
Does anybody have supportive evidence ?
Or maybe I've misread/misunderstood ?

In order to enter Spain, all passengers, regardless of the country of origin (except children under the age of 12 and passengers in international transit), must show one of these documents:
- An EU DIGITAL COVID CERTIFICATE OR EU EQUIVALENT of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative certificate of an active infection diagnostic test or a recovery certificate after having this disease.
- SpTH QR. If you do not have the EU Digital COVID Certificate or equivalent, you must complete the SpTH Health Control Form, manually entering the details of your vaccination, recovery or diagnostic test certificate.

The former being the NHS Scotland (or other appropriate UK variant) vaccination certificate downloaded and printed off the website ?

I have travelled a couple of times (when both items were required) I did use the printed one. I had sent away for one and also had printout. Can be a bit of a faff on the phone and in case battery died or, as has happened now, all my details disappear! (looks like I have not had anything where previously it listed 3 vaccines and a negative PCR)NoodleDoodleMan said:The former being the NHS Scotland (or other appropriate UK variant) vaccination certificate downloaded and printed off the website ?0 -

Update - our travel agent has had no new information on this, and the Foreign Office hasn't revised its advice.Simon Calder however does make reference today.Strange.0

As far as I understand if you have the NHS Covid App (and you are vaccinated within the last 270 days) then you don't need the SpTH QR code

I clicked on the Yellow button and uploaded a pdf of my proof of vaccination. It then confirmed my 'proof' was valid (without giving me a QR code)0 -
We went to Gran Canaria on the 21st March and they asked for both Vacc Certs and spth forms at Newcastle airport prior to checking in and at Las Palmas airport on arrival .foofi22 said:As far as I understand if you have the NHS Covid App (and you are vaccinated within the last 270 days) then you don't need the SpTH QR code

Thanks ............I got it to work..........eventually.Mostly because I'm not really au fais with QR codes etc. After several dismissal failures I tried opening the QR code via my NHS app on the iPad and took a photo with my iPhone - then sent the image as email attachment to myself.Cropped it down to the outside edges of the QR code and saved it on my laptop. The Spanish Health Form "yellow button" accepted that file - eureka !!!Same procedure for 'Er Indoors SHF - and again success.A right flaffing about - there must be an easier way to do this ?Incidentally it now indicates a 72 hour window prior to travelling to complete dotting the i's and crossing the t's - not the 48 hours with the previous option. The FCO advice page has been updated as of today's date.Update - on reflection I reckon a screenshot of the NHS QR code could have been used - rather than a photo ?0

A relative very recently flew from Glasgow to the Canaries - only inspection carried out was a verbal check to ask if they had had the vaccinations.................. same question asked at departure and on arrival, no scrutiny of mobiles or paperwork copies.Ganga said:

I flew to Malaga at the weekend and you need to have a copy of the NHS vaccination certificate, which was checked for every person. Manual check at passport control and your passport stamped. It was very efficient though, faster than the machine reading gates (which are switched off).0
