What happens once a Cifas marker is removed by the bank that placed it

Hi, Recently my bank removed a Cat 6
Cifas marker and notified me by email that
they had removed it then I quickly went to
the cifas website and Ran a DSAR check
which took a couple of days to come back
but when I received the report it said the
marker was still on my record, so then I
emailed my bank but have still got no
response it's been 2 weeks I've even called
my bank about 3 times telling them that i
have sent them an email and have received
no response yet they keep saying that they
will respond and they have passed my
query to the team so what do I do please
help thankyou
