What happens once a Cifas marker is removed by the bank that placed it!

Hi, Recently my bank removed a Cat 6 Cifas marker and notified me by email that they had removed it then I quickly went to the cifas website and Ran a DSAR check which took a couple of days to come back but when I received the report it said the marker was still on my record, so then I emailed my bank but have still got no response it’s been 2 weeks I’ve even called my bank about 3 times telling them that have sent them an email and have received no response yet they keep saying that they will respond and they have passed my query to the team so what do I do please help thankyou

    If your bank hasn't done what they said they'd do, then continue to pursue them, using different channels if necessary.  If that doesn't bear fruit, raise a formal complaint via their published process, and ultimately you can escalate to the financial ombudsman if that doesn't resolve it to your satisfaction.
