I received a confirmation email and immediately emailed the Best Health uk stating I did not make the order and for them to cancel it. They stated that they ere unable to fo do and that I would need to return the goods when they arrived and I would be refunded.
I contacted my credit card company and they refunded and investigated.
Best Health UK informed my card company that I had made the purchase so I was then recharged.
I took delivery of the items and immediately returned them via special delivery.
...
So the OP only has recourse against Best Health uk as I have already outlined above. (Unless they have a possible s75 claim. The OP remains very light on relevant detail... )
If events have happened in the order I have suggested, the OP perhaps made a mistake complaining to their card company before returning the goods to Best Health uk. I suspect the OP has made it more difficult for themselves by complaining too quickly to their card company.0 -
Having re-read it all.
You should just have returned the goods and requested a refund.
If you knew how to safeguard your CC details, then it's pretty obvious that a family member or friend has used your details without your permission.
You should have waited for the refund and not said anything to your CC company unless you were reporting the fraud to the police.
Reporting it to the CC and requesting a refund from them was an incorrect move.
You have seriously muddied the waters with your actions and now your only option is to pursue Best Health for the refund.
