Can anyone please help me, we had flights booked for October 2020 with KLM to South Africa. The flights got cancelled due to covid and we received a voucher initially.
On 29th December 2021 they said we could get a cash refund on the vouchers then on the 7th January 2022 we received an email to say our refunds have been approved.
We still haven't had our money returned, I have spoken to them on the phone, sent emails and messages but still can't find out when our money will be returned.
Can anyone give me guidance on what to do?

Was this a direct booking with KLM or via an agency?
Had you been checking your junk email folder to make sure they had not been asking you to supply information so a refund could be paid back?
Which contact points have you already tried at KLM?
Does that email received on 7 January allow for return emails to be sent?0
