Friday morning arranged ISA transfer at Skipton BS from YBS.Received text today transfer complete.High praise to both,when I think how long it used to take.

    That's really quick - ISA transfers normally take 1-2 weeks at least, in my experience. It presumably depends on whether the transfers are done electronically or whether paper forms and cheques in the post are needed. I get the impression this varies, depending on the banks or building societies involved.
