You have done amazingly well with your debt reduction. Good luck for clearing it all this year.
I'm like you and couldn't calorie count - I'd give up after a few days, if I lasted that long, LOL! I follow Slimming World which works for me. I got to target back in 2012 and stayed there right up until about November last year when I put on half a stone on an all inclusive holiday, came back from that and then shortly after came Christmas and New year and have been struggling since to lose it all. I'm now 2.5lb away from my top end of target. I'm a very slow loser - usually no more than half lb at a time. As long as I get back by the end of May before my next holiday I'll be happy. We also have a motorhome and our next holiday in a month in France. Will also be getting away for a few weekends at rallies between now and then which I'm really looking forward to. We don't bother usually with bank holiday weekends as usually far too busy for us now we're retired.
Good luck with losing the weight you want to.

Wow! That debt reduction is amazing ! 👏
You seem to be well prepared in your targets in debt ,and other things .Regarding the weight ( plus the other stuff ); all will improve imho if you incorporate an exercise schedule into a new life routine which you seem to be planning . It could be a home workout on YouTube which costs nothing . Just doing something on a regular basis and sticking to it will help .Being vegan you're halfway there .Best of luck ..0 -
I am hopeless at keeping up with this diary. But I just needed to tell someone, anyone that I am finally debt free, yay!!! When I started in 2017 I was nearly £50,000 in debt. I didn’t tell anyone else as I was quite ashamed of it. But I have been beavering away and finally for the first time in my adult life I am free of debt and whole world of possibilities suddenly seems to have opened up to me. I am going to carry on working until July 2023 and living frugally so that I can save up a decent pot of money. Then I am going to give up work and start enjoying myself, doing the things that I want to do, not what is expected of me. Everybody’s diaries have been such a help and inspiration, so thank you to all that do post regularly. To all those struggling with debt, believe me, you can get there and it is such an amazing feeling when you do 😀.Debt 04/11/22 - £0.00
