• You still haven't said whether the readings are actual or estimated.

• Do you have gas central heating?  If so, you're doing something very wrong to have significantly high electricity usage but significantly low gas usage.  Immersion heater(s) left on, perhaps?  Oil filled electric radiators, panel heaters?  Electric underfloor heating?
  

• How did you work out the annual gas consumption in kWh?

Completely messed up my bill

Today I've been on the phone to British Gas a South African call centre who knows how to do their job she told me that that our house is super low energy house the issue happened and with billing issues they overestimated my bills sent out incorrect bills cancelled them yet didn't remove them from my debts so they over over estimate my bills they over estimated my direct debit amount necessary set the 5 people I spoke to last week at British Gas have not got a clue they are doing 🙃 😑 😅 😐
