Excel Parking CCBC Claim Form - What next?

Hi all,
It seems that my case has been elevated and is now proceeding to the county court. I have received a 4 page document from the county court business centre (CCBC) and I have no idea what to do with it. There are all sorts of things to fill in about my finances, employment, income etc, which I understand I should absolutely NOT fill in.
So I won't.
There is also 'Response Pack' included, which contains a form headed 'Acknowledgment of Service'; should I at least fill that in and return it? There is also a form on which I can fill in my defence, and I believe that I should also not fill that in, is this correct?
My defence is pretty simple and for that reason I don't know if it will be enough to win this thing, which has blighted my life since April 20th 2016.
Basically, I had only owned my car for a few days when I parked in the car park, and I really didn't know the reg so I entered something a bit random into the ticket machine, and paid for a ticket. So, yes the ticket was paid for but I admit that it didn't bear the true registration of my car; I wasn't thinking and I didn't see any harm.
Also, the sign at the entrance is pretty small; its not invisible but there's too much to read when you're at the entrance. In the attached pic, I parked where the silver car in the middle of the pic is parked, which appears not to be part of the actual car park. I was parked facing a wall away from the main parking area (on the left in the pic). There is no sign displayed on this wall, instead there is an large advert for a Chinese buffet!
So anyway.... what's my first move?
I have looked at the relevant 'Newbies' thread already, but I just need to know what to do first.
And also, how do I properly enter my defence (however weak) in a timely manner without messing it all up?
This has grown out of all proportion and I'm now looking at paying £330!!
Thanks for any help

Sorry, I cannot read the PPC on that, and who they are could be crucial. So, who was it? Further, did you appeal and if so did you then go to PoPla?
If this is a BPA registered PPC, then you should at least have been offered the lower rate for mis-keying your reg number. If we know the issue date of this claim, regular @KeithP will be able to tell you the important dates to conform to, and regulars can help you with a good defenceThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.4 -

You have given the world enough information in those images - your Claim Number, your MCOL password and your full name - such that anyone can file a Defence on your behalf.
Do you have no privacy concerns? Showing your vehicle's reg no together your PCN references do you no good either.3 -
This is the bit of the NEWBIES that you want, it walks you through the AoS process. Once that is complete, look at the template defence thread. Here is a guide to MCOL, how to acknowledge service ('AOS'):

With a Claim Issue Date of 30th March, you have until Tuesday 19th April to file an Acknowledgment of Service but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 3rd May 2022 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.4 -
Once you have followed up on KeithP's advice, and read the Newbies to know where you are, you can start thinking about defence. There is a new template, and you only have to adapt a couple(ish) of paragraphs. Just two ideas on good lines of defence would be inadequate/unclear signage and a simple mis-key. Don't say anything about entering something random. You simply made a mistake in keying.
You might come up with more, with good researchThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.4 -

With your vehicle's registration mark, anyone can ask the DVLA for the Registered Keeper's name and address.
With your name and address, your County Court Claim Number and your MCOL password then anyone can file a Defence. We have seen it happen more than once where a mischievous person has filed an abusive Defence on behalf of a Defendant.
