Well, they sent an email stating my tariff will change automatically on the 1st April which is fine but when I check for available tariffs,  there’s an ‘offer’ of a new tariff I can switch to and need to click to accept it.  This new tariff is at the April 1st rates previously notified by email. Weird. No, I haven’t accepted it, I’m curious to see what happens eventually.
I also had the email, and did nothing, so have supposedly moved from "Energy March 2022 v6" to "Flexible 7" which is the capped SVR tariff. I think waiting a few days to see if the Shell app and website can sort themselves out from the currently incomplete and contradictory information they're each displaying is probably best for now. The app has at least restarted showing usage graphs, although still on the pre 01April rates. App is telling me I need to decrease my DD, website telling me to increase it, so their systems are obviously in a bit of a pickle at the moment.
  • I think my meter is still showing old tariff too, 22nd April (im with SSE) . Its not helpful for predicting bills and budgeting. Should i call SSE about it? Can anyone advise please?

Well you can't change this yourself so contacting your supplier is the way to try to get it changed.

It's more hassle but you could monitor your usage and calculate for yourself what the bills will be using the tariff data.

The new gas sc and usage tariff details have now been updated on my Shell smart home display.  I noticed it was blank since yesterday so today I switched it off and on again and it’s there. Electricity still showing as the old tariff.
My gas usage for April( so far) has also been updated in the website but no values are showing for electricity yet.
