Hi All, I notice the DQ form has changed in the last week, what is the recommadation for section D1 (suitable for a determination without a hearing).
    Thanks

Sorry but you're assuming that we volunteers here are aware that the DQ form may have changed - this is certainly the first I have heard of this.

How about scanning it, uploading it to an image hosting site and then posting a (broken) link in a reply here so we can see?

I would not agree to that before seeing their witness statement and probably not even afterwards

    Hi All,

quick update, I got my court date 30/09/22. I note that the claimant has to pay an additional  £27 trail fee. Maybe this is why I received a letter from CEL this morning saying if you pay the £60 original charge and £35 court fees we will except that instead of the £333.90.

Part of me wants to expect this offer, as it will cost me more than £95 taking the day of work. But out of principle and the time people on this forum have given up helping me.  I'll see them in court.  I'm hoping they have seen my defence and feel they may not win.

    What are your thought?

    Thanks John

Quite right too! Good on you.

I was more than willing/happy to go to court, but they bailed on it/discontinued with an N279, so I never even got the chance to submit my WS Bundle/evidence......

As evident on this forum I beleive this is a common occurance.  But it is still recommended to be prepared for Court and meet all legal deadlines.

My offer for settlement to the legal firm was £0, no idea if that was an influence or not?

Well done on seeing this through and not giving in. Another One Bites the Dust. Surprised they caved in 2 months before the hearing date.
