British Gas Online Energy Usage Not Updating Anyone Else have Similar Problem ?

I have a smart meter and get my gas and electricity from British Gas. Until about 1 month ago I could log into my British Gas online account and see my energy usage. Mine has finally updated to the 7th April. That’s the electric. The gas smart meter has never worked & i still have to send readings in for that.
The IHD doesn’t connect to anything. Pretty pointless for me, smart meters.
