Is a sunroom extension £2,500 per sqm pricey?

Hi, I received a £60k quote for a nice sunroom extension of 25 sqm (2,500 per sqm). Is it fair or too much? It is a fully vaulted gable-front tiled sunroom with a combination dwarf wall and glass to floor windows, a tiled roof and PVCu windows. There is also the simple fact that size doesn't affect the cost in a linear fashion. I mean, you wouldn't get a 2m2 extension built for £5k, would you?
Quotes we were given (South West) for a ~32m2 flat-roofed extension a couple of years back were working out at just over £2k/m from 3 recommended builders. Unaffordable.
(And then we found a brilliant guy just 200 yards down the road! Worked out at around £1.4k/m from him and his son. Phew.)
