I make it a habit of looking at 3 and 4 star reviews which I think tend to be a more accurate reflection of a company/service. I will not buy from a company that has only 5 star reviews and no others. That's my choice and it has served me well so far.2

I wrote a genuine review - and they removed it because the company (parcelcompare in this case from whom I had had diabolically bad service) - requested it be removed! I am a genuine customer! And they simply removed my review based on nothing but the fact that parcelcompare asked them to remove it!
Shame on them.
DO NOT TRUST TRUST_PILOT.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but when trying different review sites, the majority may be cosistent in their evaluation with a low number of stars, but Trustpilot are usually high? I have been buying varied and multiple purchases online for decades, and I have come to the conclusion that "if it's too good to be true" ... In purchases over the past, I kind of got excited about some products given 4 or 5 stars, but when it came to buying and receiving those products, I personally experienced deep regret in giving any sort of credence to Trustpilot.
