It is a wonderful property but I suspect it will be desirable to others so anyone wanting the property could have to pay over the asking price. Only thing that I noticed was no provision for a downstairs bathroom. But that probably won't bother most. There isn't a great deal of storage in the kitchen (won't bother everyone).
