Freeview is slowly being killed off - death by a thousand cuts - the loss of HD channels is particularly hard when most new sets have Freeview HD capable tuners and the SD channels are rubbish quality generally on a larger screen.

Freesat is the way to go. Always has been. So much more bandwidth.

Not sure many people are going to miss those channels anyway. The BBC HD services are moving so will stay (except for news). But stuff like More4+1 is probably hardly watched and similarly with QVC in HD.
