Can someone help.
I booked a 5 day trip to krakow with this company, 5 days before I left I was informed that my hotel was closed due to covid and they offered another with same specs which I accepted, next working day 2 days before I left I received another email giving a different hotel again which I accepted I then had to contact a excursion company to change pick up point as booked at 2nd hotel, next morning day before I left I received another email confirming 2nd hotel.
I called last minute to find out what was going on to get through immediately and was told ignore 3rd hotel was 2nd, at same time they checked flights and told me everything was fine.
6hrs later I got a email to say my return flight with Jet2 was cancelled but they had booked me a flight with Klm to Glasgow via Amsterdam leaving 3hrs earlier, that I could contact them or if I did not reply in 3 days they would accept on my behalf.
I phoned last minute got through immediately I told them I was not happy not going direct as that was reason I had booked from Glasgow not Edinburgh which was closer. I was told this was the only flight they could get me on he told me he would confirm booking whilst I was on phone and that it was all sorted.
The night before I left I tried to check in online only to find no record. The next morning I called last minute and got through immediately, I was told no booking had been made ther was no flight booked home, told him about call day before I left confirming he had booked flight and the email confirming they would book for me.
The operator blamed me would not let me speak to manger told me sent info to relevant dept that they would get in touch ASAP as my flight was at 1755 that day.
I waited over an hour without any contact, I tried to contact them making over 170 attempts without success, I went to airport to see if my fight was booked, I had to wait 90 mins for checkin desk to open only to be told despite all my booking details on email inwas not booked that i would have to book again. I tried with numerous companies I could only book at checkin and would be over £1100.
30 mins after my flight left using my wife's phone I got through to last minute so was obvious they had blocked my phone. The operator wouldn't do anything for me and would not get me a manager that I would have to wait 24/48 for a reply despite the fact I was stranded. I managed to book and pay for another flight that was 4hrs later to Edinburgh and then incurred costs to get to Glasgow to get my car, I did not get home till 3am next day.
48hrs later still no call from manager I tried to call over 50 times without success until I used my wife's phone and again got through first time providing that my phone was blocked, got same excuses I have to wait as long as it takes for manager they cannot refund me!
Can someone please help, tried emails,texts calls no joy.

This probably would be best moving from the Flight Delay board to the main Oversea Holidays/Flights board for a broader range of replies.
