router return address

Hi, I sent back my Router ages ago but now they email to say I have to pay for it. I have a post office receipt but not sure its the right one as I sent a few parcels then. Can someone tell me what the return address is please so I can email Shell proof of return, thanks

Did Shell accept your receipt and not charge you? This has just happened to my mum, luckily she's got her proof of postage receipt too.

I've had exactly the same thing, but my proof of posting was to Coventry I thought... I'll have to checkI've sent them the right proof of posting! I think they're just trying it on with everyone, it's an easy £35 quid....
