Tuxedo card

Anyone else having issues with Tuxedo which is apparently stopping service in May? I have a credit balance on my e-account. I tried a test withdrawal from my Euro card but it was declined. No idea how to encrypt my bank statement as they suggest to enable a bank transfer of my balance and anyway why should I wait 45 days to get back my money. No telephone lines open and emails not receiving any substantive replies. Any ideas?

What kind of withdrawal did you try..? Is the card still useable for purchases..? If so, you could try topping up a different prepaid account such as Revolut.
