I agree it’s not difficult.
I agree they can’t waive statutory rights.
I agree a system isn’t an issue.
I am also pretty annoyed about covid being used as a excuse for anything and everything.
I don’t agree they have to do something immediately.
I don’t agree they necessarily must have the staff and space available.
there are also issues with enforcement - look at P&O is you want a very blatant and public example.0
