Have a look here https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.htmldllive said:Hmm, Ive just thought (I dont know why I didnt think of this before! Probably becuase Ive been too busy getting other applications installed/working on the new laptop): I have Photoshop/Dreamweaver CS6 on my old laptop. Can I not just use that version, and somehow migrate it to my new laptop?
If the applications have been registered and you have an Adobe account it should work.1 -
And if you really like tinkering around in the back-end of Photoshop, there are two ways to get a current version of Bridge (free licence) to punt Camera Raw 12 files into CS6 64-bit - which Adobe claims is not possible.1

Www.photopea.com is a very good, "photoshop lite", web based programme. It gives you all of the basic and some advanced editing tools, free of charge. Run a good adblocker and you can even use it with the ads down the side of the website.
