Air France connecting flights

Hi all - we have booked flights to Crete for summer 2022 with Air France. The flights go via Paris and we’re booked all on one ticket. Air France have now changed our flights so the outbound journey we have double the wait in Paris - and return we only have 20min connection, which is impossible. Can anyone advise what our rights are in this situation? Are they under obligation to get us to our destination or could they just cancel and refund. Would they book us on with another operator? NB this is the 3rd change since we booked so it’s getting really frustrating now.

I would expect these changes have occurred due to the change from winter to summer timetable a couple of days ago
I would expect that 20 mins return connection would be picked up and fixed at some point in the coming weeks
Assuming you booked direct and not via a third party, have a look on the Air France website and look for connections that work for your dates and contact them to discuss2 -
Thanks the problem is there aren’t any other flights that seem to connect - or at least not the same day. Travelling with children means a long connection isn’t really an option0

If the timings have changed drastically and no longer suit you, a refund might be possible.
Schedule changes are actions by computers. Sometimes, especially with connections that no longer connect (like your return sectors), it takes time for the system to recognise the impossible connection and further issue a change.
When posting it would be useful to give your flight details, routing and travel dates. That way MSE posters might be able to make meaningful suggestions. Otherwise we are blind.
Options for you might be an AF connection elsewhere (like Athens) but that is adding to the journey, or I suspect they might offer service on their sister airline Transavia. They run 3x daily from Orly most summer days. This may obviously necessitate a bus transfer between CDG ORY (although you did not mention your transit airport in Paris).0 -
