Openreach told us 2 years ago that FTTP was coming. We heard 2 weeks ago it was finally ready. Now I'm trying to find a supplier. Jurassic has been doing some work but theirs is not connected yet. Originally Openreach told us it would be a few months, but it actually took almost exactly 2 years. I cannot count how many lies their staff have told me over that time. So please don't rely on their timeframe.
Plusnet definitely only has FTTC now, so check carefully the type of connection you will be getting.1
