my mum has just got a new Nokia N73 on contract from t-mobile shop in tooting.

she is not really that fond of the phone and wud like to get a different phone. they told her no.

she asked me to try and im just wandering because she has only had the contract for 4 days could she cancel within 14 days?

ive tried to look around, but have not found any success. much thanks!

IF she has been using the phone she is not entitled to return it.

Even if bought by mail order you only have 7 days policy for unused items.

Yeah, a lot of people don't realise that technically a shop doesn't need to accept a return on the phone unless it's broken. Even then, you'd be looking at getting probably the same phone back.

contact customer care 150, say it keeps crashing can you exchange it & for another less complex operating system - you are led to believe from T-mobile shop thats the problem, say she doesnt need a phone to download applications so you want to exchange faulty mobile for a phone with a more " stable " operating system
