Hello, Driver staying at a holiday cottage which came with permit for local pay and display car park. This was just after storms Eunice/Franklin. Small claims is low cost/low risk, and the Govt has just said they consider the fake added 'debt recovery fee' as 'extorting money from motorists' so that's banned in future too.
