Hi everyone, I have experienced a long delay on a flight as part of a cruise package with P&O, booked through a travel agent. The flight was a TUI charter booked by P&O just for their customers. Who should I pursue for flight delay compensation? The travel agent who I paid my money to, P&O who I had a package holiday…

Let's hope that poor unfortunate passenger that was taken ill on the plane is okay. Fortunate the incident happened on the ground so medical treatment could be obtained quickly - and for all the other passengers, not a diverted flight on route back to the U.K.
