Mobile phone with no dual-function buttons?

My mother has only one hand and very limited manual dexterity. Dual-function buttons on her phone are a big issue for her, her default is 'press and hold'. All she needs to do is make calls, receive calls, use speakerphone, listen to voicemail, see the 'missed caller' list. She does not send or read texts. Are there any big-button phones which can do these things without the use of dual-function buttons? Thanks
