Cant reply to comment in my earlier post

I don't have a reply button. I click quote, enter my text then click submit and I get error message Body is 9 characters too short
Anybody know what I'm doing wrong please?

Your reply needs to be longer.  There is a minimum length for responses to prevent spam / bots.
If your reply was something simple, like "yes" try something like "yes, that's correct".

Thank you I've just been testing as I thought that was problem, but not. I can see by replying to this new post, the original does not let me type in the box where it expects the text, only in the body of the message I am replying to. So yes, throws error text too short. Maybe thred has become corrupt...

Yep that works on this thread, thanks. On my original thread it doesn't work for me, it won't move outside of grey box. Oh well!

The quote things are really (annoyingly) tricky.  You have to simply start typing even if you can't see below the grey box - or start with typing a space, that should bring the whole thing into view.  If you do *anything* other than start typing it won't let you back out of the box!

Sometimes for me, if i quote a small part of the comment, it won't allow me to the type outside the box. Typing first the removing parts of what you quoted helps.

A few spaces and then a full-stop will get you to the required 10 characters. 
If I get stuck in the grey box I usually cancel the thread and click on it again.
