I am having extreme difficulty contacting this company over a connection issue. The recorded message on the phone line regularly thanks you for your patience and they'll be with you shortly - you can listen to that for over 30 mins without getting connected. The Chat facility online appears to be down; you can't get at it. An email sent 11 days ago has not been responded to. Am I alone in having such poor 'customer service' from this provider?

No, it's not just you. I too was kept waiting too long on the phone, so I queried customer disservices via their webpage. That was several weeks ago and no reply yet. Check out the reviews of Shell broadband at ispreview.co.uk
