Your earlier post does suggest that you effectively ignored a Court Claim... where you said...luka4784 said:@Coupon-mad I did not ignore court claim as I did not receive court claim to my address all I have received is the notice pasted above hence why i called the court and the lady said to me judgement was done because I did not file a defence she send me an email to set aside and told me the date judgement was made 28th of Februaryluka4784 said:...however the last one did not come same day so I did the acknowledgment but I forgot to put in a defence and I now have Notice of Debt Recovery.
