Contact details for TUI flight delays

Hi

Would anyone have contact details for TUI flight delay claims - I have filled in online form but keep getting the “flight does not exist” reply .. it did as per booking info

Telephone number or email would be great

Thanks

What flight/route/date are you trying to input?   In the past I have come across people who have input the landing date rather than departure date (night flight), or typed their outbound flight number rather than the return one they are claiming for.

Tried them all - just seems to go to the same system .. press a few buttons to route call & it cuts you off

The only people at TUI that answer the phones appear to be the sales teams

Entering as per the booking information but getting rejected on basis that flight does not exist … it does .. the baggage stickers show it.

Claim is complicated by a change of airport due to aircraft issue .. personally I think they just want to make it harder for legitimate claims

What are you inputting? The baggage sticker might not be the marketing flight number. e.g. operational flight might be BY336 and marketing flight number as TOM336.

Your updated information sounds like it might not be a flight delay anyway, rather that you were moved to another flight.  That might also explain the issue why the flight can not be found on their system.

Can you provide more information/flight numbers/route/date?

    Same flight number

    TOM2679 Chambery to Manchester on 19/03/22 …

Apparently the plane they planned to use had a cracked windscreen so they sent an alternative plane (787) that was not able to land at Chambery. Incompetence knows no bounds.

I suspect they had a new flight plan so TOM2679 from Chambery on that date did not exist but TOM2679 from Lyon did....have you tried entering Lyon as a departure?
Flightaware shows this flight from Lyon however with the new flight plan it shows it arrived on time so you may get another 'computer says no' response

    Options:

    19MAR TOM2679 Lyon Manchester
    19MAR BY2679 Lyon Manchester
    19MAR TOM2679 Chambery Manchester
    19MAR BY2679 Chambery Manchester.

I notice that TOM2679 was scheduled to depart Lyon at 16:00z rather than at 13:00z from Chambery.

FlightRadar24 shows arrival in MAN of 17:41.
