Options for New Tariff

I was very uncertain what to do my current fix ends mid April 22

Was offered a fixed for approx. 20% more than Aprils standard rate and decided to go for a fix 

Still not sure if I made the right decision , time will tell

Difficult call at the moment

I confirm that the prices I quoted were EON.Next Next Flex with effect from 1 April. I have not performed a calculation for gas, but I am switching my gas to EON.Next Next Flex on 8 April, with an enormous price increase from a very nice 12 month fix with SSE. (3.11p/kWh becomes 7.48p/kWh - Ouch!)

Thank you for all who have replied I shall phone EON and make sure that the Next Flex quoted has the April rise included and if so go with that and hope October is not too hurtful

2809kWh electricity on Next Flex will be £941pa

13443kWh gas ditto £1086pa.

Total will be £2027pa.

These are for my area, which is North West. Other areas slightly different, but your quotation of £2048 looks OK to me.
