Yes just picked up the last stock model from Fosse Park in Leicestershire and it was £149.00.I have had the sony DSC-p range for the last 3 years now ranging from a 2mp 1 then to 4mp now the 5.1 with 3 x optical zoom and have always been impressed at their ease to use etc.

There was one left and i was tempted to buy it with the further 10% off as it was a display model but as she brought the box back, the battery charger was missing and the tight gits would only knock another £15.00 off.I offered £100 for it stating that the battery charger would more than likely cost me about £30.00 and would of took the chance on being able to get one for this but they wouldn't drop below the £120.00 and not wanting my brother to come round mine and borrow my charger everytime the battery went flat i left it on display, lol.:)

Anybody that might be intrested you can pick up an external charger off Ebay for around £10 delivered :)

If you get a memory card make sure its the "Pro" version so you can take the hi-res video clips, i have a 1gb card in my P200 :)

Does anyone know if there is stock in any central london store? I am looking for a 4megapixel camera. Can anyone offer info / help??
The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.
  • This has been officially the best moneysaving digest ever today!!!

I am going away to Canada today, and have been looking for travel insurance, which the cheapest i could find was £35! Thanks Martin!

Also with the camera, bolted out to boots at 4.45, managed to pick up the Canon A310. Not a bad camera for the price. I would have loved a cybershot, but alas, none in the store. :-( and i don't have time to wait.

Managed to get a case on savastore.com for £21 including urgent delivery. Has the cannon logo and everything!

Bless you moneysavingexpert.com and your devoted bargain hunters.

    Jim.

p.s. asked for a discount because it was a display model, manager wouldn't allow it. Bah Humbug!
