nope they had lots of brand new ones there, just my luck that the ones i liked (and the cheapest ones) only had ex display ones left. At least i got an extra battery with mine.

If they have any of the models that were on the original list then they WILL be reduced, it is just unlikely that they will say this on any of the disaplays.

In the two stores I looked in, all were marked up as the original price in the displays (an no mention of sales or reductions), but when I asked them to check a price on the till, they were all coming up at the reduced prices

Hi,

Newcastle Eldon Square have a load on sale. I visited 1300 today

I got a Nikon 4100 for £125. Not the best price, but I was impressed by it and it for my wife. I know its cheaper online!

Fuji S5500 about 6 left for £144
Kodak 7330 about 6 left for £49.99
Panasonic camcorder (Think its the GREK16) for £79.99 (about 10 left)

About 40 other models. Mostly 3.1 mega pixel or under...

Dont think you can really compare the 2, the Nikon is small the Minolta is huge depends on if you want a pocketable camera or not i suppose
