    Hi, update DCB emailed me asking to provided my first line of address and post code for legal reason? Do I reply. Thanks!
    You must question ... is this a legal with any brains .....  THEY ALREADY HAVE IT ??

    What fools and as Le_Kirk says ... tell them to ask their client

    LEGAL REASON .... INDEED ??

  • Hi, update on this one is that I've now got a court date through the post. Now I know I need to go and the biggest issue I have is evidence as it was slow long ago and obviously I've got to the carpark recently and it's got lovely big newish signs it seems.

    I sent a request for any photos etc but nothing come back so at the moment I'm flying blind in a way because I've no evidence due to the long time scale which is almost three years from the day.

    Is it just a case of explaining my self in court as I've nothing tangible to go in with.

    Cannot google street view help with contemporary photographs?
    Maybe the wider internet has useful photographs too.
    If you were to tell us where this alleged parking event occurred, then perhaps someone on this forum can help with photographs.

    No it is not just a case of 'explaining yourself in court'.
    You must supply the court and the Claimant with your Witness Statement and evidence explaining exactly why you are not liable for the claim.
    Failure to do that will almost certainly see you lose the case.
    This is all explained in the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

    Recent good WS examples are by:

    @aphex007

    @Daiapolon2021

    @anged

    BUT you need to do obvious checks and changes, such as appending the right version Code of Practice (BPA or IPC) from the right year of parking.
