Check-in screen lacking instruction

Hello everyone,
. On the 14th,I was booked on flight FR4027 @ 15:55 from Manchester to Alicante. I got to the Ryanair check in lounge around 12:20pm and checked the flight departure screen to see what the status was on my flight, but there was nothing under "remarks", I asked customer services should be checking in now,and they replied that it was too early for my 15:55 flight and it might be 13:00. So I waited, and no update on the screen. And waited further until I asked customer services around 15:00,whether I should check in,and was instructed to do so. My suitcase was too large to go on their conveyor belt and was instructed to go upstairs to the baggage inspection with a larger conveyor belt. After waiting 20 minutes, the staff member asked me for my boarding card. I said that I was not given one. So I had to raced back down to get a boarding card. And returned to baggage inspection, My luggage went, I went to the gate and was told that I'm too late.....

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong - but when aircraft have stowed luggage without a passenger, this scenario initiates a removal of baggage from the flight. So at least this unfortunate individual would have luggage returned.0
