I’m not defending them, just being objective.
You're not being objective. You're starting with the mantra that "all crypto is good", and that seems to be stopping you from seeing that this company's products are being promoted (via Facebook, and possibly elsewhere) in a way that they should not be.

They should not be blurring the distinction between savings products - where the saver is protected against loss - and investment products where they are not.
Not at all. If they are advertising to UK residents without being regulated then of course that is wrong (and illegal?)

If they are advertising these crazy good savings without explaining that the yield is generated from staking USDT/USDC then also wrong (and illegal?)

100% I have never said "all crypto is good" in my life. There's 10,000 coins, 95% of them are going to 0.

But if I'm happy with the risk making "GBP" yield from derivatives of stablecoins on licensed (or not) then that's up to me. It's not for everyone, it's not even for 1% of the population as they can't understand it but I can do my own bankroll management on my end.

Like I already said, I ironically wouldn't use this product. Not because "it's a scam" or "they are being misleading" but because 3.8% is not a good rate in the context of what I do with my assets.

In other words, you would tolerate their shady practices if you could profit enough yourself. It really does not speak for you if you would, in principle, deal with a firm which has been found making misleading and false claims on their website, on Facebook and on Twitter, and most likely on other social media they are using.

Indeed, regulatory enforcement action would impact all clients. Providing you aren't legitimising the deception or endorsing the unlawful activities highlighted in the thread, then it is only your own money you're putting at risk, which is entirely your own perogative.
