They are not on the FCA register. Where did you find them? Do you have a link?2

Don't know about the OP, but they have been running adverts on my Facebook feed - googled the name, found nothing, marked advert as spam.
Do Money Saving sites make you buy more bargains - and spend more money?1 -
..if it looks too good to be true....etc..

I've seen it advertised on Facebook too as promotion. Interesting there is no result on Google for the name.Daliah said:They are not on the FCA register. Where did you find them? Do you have a link?
They do have a website but it's not returned by Google. Site only registered in Jan 2022

If you do go and invest* your life savings and it goes horribly wrong please don’t lay blame at the governments door, the financial regulators door, or anyone else’s door for that matter and certainly don’t go whingeing to the press about your human rights and expecting demanding compensation.
*I’m not suggesting you will.

Although it is still irresponsible/immoral of Facebook to take revenue from such ads.Thumbs_Up said:If you do go and invest* your life savings and it goes horribly wrong please don’t lay blame at the government door, the financial regulators door, or anyone else’s door for that matter and certainly don’t go whingeing to press about your human rights and expecting demanding compensation.

I suppose we could say if they haven't, they should just not allow any such ads.
One for the FCA, I reckon1 -

As mentioned, they are not on the FCA register under "kudona"
and the "CEO & Co-Founder" Fabian Scholz holds no regulatory permissions on the FCA register (which now includes senior management permissions where applicable).
It says it is based in Lithunia and says it is offering to the UK but it holds no regulatory permissions in the UK.
it needs reporting to the FCA.

Now reported with screenshots. I guess we might see some action by 2025 if the LCF timescales are anything to go by.Daliah said:Report them here: https://www.fca.org.uk/contactRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.3
